Josh LeFevre started with COP the summer of 2016 as a laborer in the field working the summers in between school. After Josh graduated from MSU – Bozeman in Fall of 2019, he was hired on full time as a Project Engineer in our Billings office. Thanks for being part of the team, Josh!

Bill Crowley came on board as the Construction Manager in our Utah office on January 23, 2020. Bill has a tremendous amount of experience with COP, as he moved from Arizona in 2012 to work for us. Chris Laird joined the COP team as a Safety Coordinator based out of CHS in Billings on December 10, 2019. Chris and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Hunter and Heather. He and his wife are originally from western Illinois and have lived in Colorado for over 20 years. Chanel Demarco-Shaw started with COP in our Utah office as the Assistant Office Manager on November 11, 2019. Chanel is a morning person. She is married and they have two cats and a dog. She is obsessed with them! Chanel loves camping and hanging out with her family. We are glad to have you as part of the team, Chanel!

Bryan VanSickle joined our team as a Concrete Superintendent based out of our Utah office on November 4, 2019. Bryan has been working in construction most of his 36 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He likes golf, baseball, football, hunting, and fishing. Welcome to the team Bryan!
