Training Builds Confidence Training doesn’t just t Training Builds Confidence
Training doesn’t just teach skills — it builds confidence to do the job safely and correctly.
Our teams took on a fun challenge: build the tallest tower that could stay standing with a marshmallow on top, using only spaghetti + marshmallows + masking tape. 🍝🏗️
It wasn’t about the marshmallow — it was about what the activity reinforced:
✅ planning before building
✅ communicating under pressure
✅ adjusting when things didn’t go as expected
✅ staying steady with a strong foundation
When our teams understand the why behind expectations, they’re empowered to make better decisions in the field.
Prepared teams are safer teams.

Strong partnerships are how great projects begin. Strong partnerships are how great projects begin.
We recently kicked off the Nordic Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant with a job partnering event alongside Clyde Capital, Aqua Engineering, Geneva Rock, and Civil Science, led by Next Level Leadership—and it was an incredible way to start this project.
This session brought the full team together early to align on goals, communication, and expectations, setting the foundation for trust, accountability, and collaboration from day one. Taking the time to build relationships before boots hit the ground makes a real difference, especially on complex infrastructure projects like this one.
The Nordic Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant represents more than construction—it’s an investment in long-term community infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and teamwork done the right way.
Grateful for the strong partners in the room and excited to get to work together. This is going to be a great project.

Safety Culture Monday! - Hot Work Safety Reminder🦺 Safety Culture Monday! - Hot Work Safety Reminder🦺🔥🎇👷

Cutting steel = throwing sparks. Sparks = fire risk.
Before you strike that torch:
✔ Clear combustibles
✔ Have a fire extinguisher ready
✔ Assign a fire watch (and keep it after you're done)
✔ Check your hoses & footing
Don’t just cut steel—control the sparks.
