Project Description

COP has been performing mechanical and civil work in the Billings, MT P66 Refinery for over the past 20 years with a non-stop presence since 2014 and the primary civil maintenance contractor since 2016. COP has had a non-stop presence in the Billings, MT ExxonMobil Refinery Since 2000, and also has had a non-stop presence in Laurel, MT CHS Refinery Since 2009, performing civil and mechanical work in both locations. In addition, COP has also performed multiple refinery projects in the Salt Lake City, UT area. We employee 100+ employees during peak times in the Billings and Salt Lake area refineries.
