Installation of (4) 80’ 48” Casings under UPRR in wet conditions via pipe ramming method. Installation of (1) 36” Casing 212’ via guided pipe ram under UPRR in wet conditions. Through negotiations with UPRR and Legrand Johnson COP was able to reduce the number of bore pits and reduce risk by utilizing a guided pipe ramming method.  This helped mitigate the potential risk of undermining the existing UPRR tracks and speed up the project.  The start date of the project was delayed 6 weeks due to Rail Pros inspection team not being available due to the Covid-19. Initial schedule for the project was to start 3/9/20 and be complete by 6/19.   Even with the Covid-19 delay of 6 weeks COP was able to complete the project for Legrand Johnson within one week of the initial schedule.
